We develop and produce complete solutions hand in hand with our customers and in accordance with application specifications. PI Ceramic provides options for different quantities, from single pieces to large series. With frequencies of up to several megahertz, ultrasonic transducers can be used in a wide variety of areas.

All Process Steps from One Provider
PI Ceramic has many years of experience, as well as fully developed manufacturing technologies in assembly and connection technology used to manufacture >> ultrasonic transducers. Here, the processes range from gluing and joining the piezoelectric elements, to mechanical postprocessing such as lapping and sanding for minimum geometric tolerances, to soldering the contacts, or packaging. The manufacturing – of single pieces or large series – takes place in cleanrooms, as does final qualification of the products such as impedance measurement or sound field characterization. At PI Ceramic, all process steps are completed on site: our piezo experts have the necessary expertise to also realize customer-specific adjustments in the shortest time and with the highest quality.
